2016-17
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in five meets for USI as a senior, placing 89th at the GLVC Championships and earning Academic All-GLVC honors. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Made one appearance each in the mile, 3,000-meters, and 5,000-meters…ran as a member of the fourth-place 4x400-meter relay team at the GLVC Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Mainly appeared in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, competing on four occasions…finished seventh in the event at the GLVC Championships…also made one appearance in the 1,500-meters and the 5,000-meters. 

2015-16
CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished 11th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the GLVC Outdoor Championships...also participated in the 1,500 meters, 5,000 meters, and 4x800-meter relay during the outdoor season.

2014-15
CROSS COUNTRY: Participated in five meets, including the GLVC Championships where she finished 114th. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished 22nd in the 800 meters at the GLVC Championships...helped USI's 4x400-meter relay team to a 10th-place showing at the league meet...also appeared in the mile and the distance medley relay during the indoor season. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Appeared in the 800 meters, the 1,500 meters, and the 5,000 meters during the outdoor season...did not compete at the GLVC Championships.

2013-14
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in four meets, including the GLVC Championships where she finished 122nd. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished 15th in the 800 meters at the GLVC Championships...also helped USI's distance medley relay team to a fifth-place finish and its 4x400-meter relay team to an 11th-place showing at the GLVC Championships...ran the 600 meters at the Indiana Relays, but competed primarily in the 800 meters and the Eagles' relay teams. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran the 800 meters, 1,500 meters, and 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...finished 26th in the 1,500 meters at the GLVC Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Springfield High School in Springfield, Illinois, where she earned earned varsity letters in cross country and track...garnered multiple All-State awards for her efforts on SHS's 4x400-meter and 4x800-meter relay teams at the IHSA State Track & Field Championships...helped SHS to a fifth-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay at the 2011 IHSA Class 2A state meet before helping SHS to a seventh-place showing the next season at the IHSA Class 3A state meet...was a three-time All-Central State Eight Conference honoree on the track and a two-time All-CS8 Conference award winner in cross country...also helped SHS to a fourth-place finish in the 4x800-meter relay at the 2011 Class 2A state meet and a ninth-place showing in the 4x400-meter relay at the 2013 Class 3A state meet...member of SHS's IHSA Class 2A state championship team in cross country as a freshman in 2009...competed at the IHSA state championships three times...finished 69th in 2010, helping her squad to a third-place finish, and was 88th in 2011 as SHS finished fourth...also was 97th as a senior in 2012 as SHS placed ninth.
