2013-14
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-GLVC honors as well as Academic All-GLVC honors after finishing fifth at the GLVC Championships...missed out on All-Midwest Region honors by just five seconds as she finished 26th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...was USI's No. 2 finisher in the final three meets of the season...was USI's No. 4 finisher in the first two meets she competed in. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in just two meets and three events, including the 600 meters, 800 meters, and distance medley relay, during the indoor season...did not compete at the GLVC Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned first-team All-GLVC honors in the 3,000-meter steeplechase after finishing first in the event at the GLVC Championships...posted a pair of provisional marks in the steeplechase during the outdoor season, including a season-best time when she finished first in the event at the EIU Last Chance Twilight...was second in the steeplechase at the Bellarmine Classic...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

2012-13
CROSS COUNTRY: Garnered Academic All-GLVC honors after competing in all of USI's seven meets and finishing 17th at the GLVC Championships...missed out on All-GLVC honors by two spots and less than five seconds...finished 38th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships and was 101st at the NCAA II National Championships...was one of the Eagles' top seven finishers in six meets and was one of USI's top five finishers five times. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete.

2011-12
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors after competing in three meets and finishing 52nd at the GLVC Championships. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished ninth in the mile and 10th in the 800 meters at the GLVC Championships...also helped USI's distance medley relay team to a fourth-place finish and its 4x400-meter relay team to an eighth-place showing at the league meet. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned first-team All-GLVC honors after winning the 3,000-meter steeplechase and finishing sixth in the 1,500 meters at the GLVC Championships...recorded USI's top times in both the steeplechase and the 1,500 meters at the league meet...earned Academic All-GLVC accolades.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Crown Point High School (Crown Point, Indiana) where she earned varsity letters in cross country and track...helped her squad to a seventh-place finish at the 2010 IHSAA State Cross Country Championships...was CPHS's number three runner at the state meet, finishing 57th overall...helped lead CPHS to a sectional and a regional championship during her senior season as well as a third-place finish at the 2010 Semi-State Championships...excelled in the 300-meter hurdles as well as the 4x400-meter and 4x800-meter relay...helped CPHS capture sectional titles in both the 4x400-meter and 4x800-meter relays as a senior in 2011...captured sectional titles in the 300-meter hurdles as a sophomore and a junior and was a four-time regional qualifier in that event.
