2012-13: Played in the first three games before sitting out the remainder of the season (personal)...scored a season-high eight points and pulled down a season-best nine rebounds in USI's win over Kentucky State...also had a season-best three assists against Kentucky State.

2011-12: Made an immediate impact for the Eagles during her first year of collegiate basketball as she scored 13 points and pulled down nine rebounds in USI's season-opening win against Saginaw Valley State...followed that effort with a season-high 20-point performance against Principia...played in all of USI's 26 games, making 11 starts...averaged 6.3 points and a team-high 6.5 rebounds per game...finished the season by averaging 7.9 rebounds in the Eagles' final eight contests...reached double-figures in the scoring column five times and in the rebounding column three times...ranked eighth in the GLVC in blocks per game (0.92), ninth in defensive rebounds per contest (4.65), and 11th in total rebounding...had a season-high 12 rebounds in USI's win over Lewis and a season-best four blocks in USI's loss to William Jewell...dished out a season-best four assists in USI's win over Coker and had a season-high three steals in USI's loss to Wayne State.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Jeffersonville High School where she played under USI Hall of Fame member and former men's basketball standout Chad Gilbert '97 for four seasons...helped lead the JHS Red Devils to the IHSAA Class 4A state championships, the first in the program's history, as a senior in 2010-11...averaged 12.1 points and 6.1 rebounds during her senior season as JHS finished the year with a 30-2 overall record...had a game-high 14 points and eight rebounds in JHS's 43-29 win over Penn High School in the state championship game...was named the Tri-State Black Sports Hall of Fame Female Athlete of the Year in 2011 and earned ICGSA second-team All-State accolades...also was named honorable mention All-State by the Associated Press...helped JHS to a combined record of 86-15 and three Hoosier Hills Conference titles during her four-year prep career...also helped the Red Devils to three sectional crowns...individual accolades included All-Conference honors, Pacers IBCA Player of the Week, and first-team All-Area honors by the Louisville Courier-Journal...was a Hoosier Basketball Top 60 participant as well as a HNCA All-Star.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Robbie and Beth Valentine...father Robbie played for the University of Louisville's 1986 national championship squad...brother, Eric, played basketball at Shawnee Community College.
