2013-14: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the second year in a row...played in 14 games as a senior, averaging 4.5 minutes and 1.1 points per appearance...scored a season-high nine points in USI's win over McKendree...had a season-best two rebounds in USI's win over Salem International and two assists in three games.
2012-13: Garnered Academic All-GLVC honors...became a major scoring threat off the bench midway through the season as she played in 20 games, averaging 4.1 points per appearance, as a junior...followed her first-career double-digit scoring effort with an 18-point outburst in the Eagles' victory over Indianapolis...reached double-figures in the scoring column three times, including a career-high 20 points in USI's win at Saint Joseph's...tied a school-record for three-pointers in a single half when she drained six trifectas in the second period of her 20-point outing against Saint Joseph's...connected on at least three shots from behind the arc in four games, including six three-pointers twice...also dished out a career-high five assists in USI's win at Saint Joseph's.
2011-12: Played in 14 games, averaging 6.2 minutes per appearance, during her first year at USI...had a season-high four assists and four steals in USI's win over Principia.
TRANSFER: Transferred from Murray State University where she played in five games as a red-shirt freshman in 2010-11...has three-years of eligibility remaining as she enters the 2011-12 season.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Oregon-Davis High School (Hamlet, Indiana) where she was a member of the 2007 IHSAA Class A state championship team...was named All-State by the
Associated Press and honorable mention All-State by the
Indianapolis Star during her prep career at ODHS...set the IHSAA record for three-point shots made (363) and finished her career as the school's all-time leader, boys or girls, in career points (1,606)...a McDonald's All-America nominee, Minix averaged 21.2 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 3.3 assists during her four-year career at ODHS...a member of three Bi-County and two sectional championship squads, Minix set a single-game school-record by going 11-of-15 (.733) from behind the arc on her way to a school-record tying 41-point game.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Terry and Cheryl Minix...sister, Gabrielle, plays basketball at Marquette.
