Biography

2004-05: USI's starting point guard as a junior...played and started in 26 games, averaging 8.7 points and 4.2 assists per game...had an assist-to-turnover ratio of +1.1...also averaged 2.7 rebounds and 2.1 steals per game...scored in double figures 12 times, with a season-high 19 points against the University of Indianapolis and later in the season against Bellarmine University...recorded a season-high 11 assists against the University of North Alabama and racked up a season-best six steals against Northwood University...grabbed a season-high eight rebounds in the season-opener against the University of Alabama-Huntsville.

TRANSFER: Transferring from Lake Land College where she helped lead the Lady Lakers to a two-year record of 43-22...finished 20th in the NJCAA II in assists per game (5.0) and was second on the squad with 12.3 points per contest as a sophomore in 2003-04...efforts led LLC to a 22-10 record and lifted her to All-Conference honors...helped the Lady Lakers to a 21-12 mark as a freshman in 2002-03 by averaging a team-high 4.9 assists to go along with 7.2 points per outing...overall, averaged 9.7 points , 4.9 assists, and 1.9 steals per game during her two-year stint with the Lady Lakers...named the “Freshman of the Year” in 2002-03.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from University High School in Normal, Illinois, where she earned five varsity letters in basketball and track and field.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Hosaja and Faye Brown.
