2013: Red-shirted in her first season at USI.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Owensboro Catholic High School in Owensboro, Kentucky, where she helped lead the Lady Aces to a 32-13-2 record and the KHSAA Class A State Tournament in 2012...earned first-team All-State honors as a senior after hitting .345 with five home runs, seven doubles, and 25 RBIs...hit better than .300 as a junior to help lead OCHS to the KHSAA State Tournament...attended Greenbrier Christian Academy in Chesapeake, Virginia, as a freshman and sophomore...helped GCA to the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association Division II state championship as a sophomore in 2010...hit .600 with three home runs during her sophomore campaign and earned second-team VISSA All-State accolades.

TRAVEL: Participated in the NSA and ASA World Series at the 16u and 18u level.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Todd Payne and Tracy Scarberry.
