CROSS COUNTRY: Was USI's 10th finisher at the GLVC Championships, placing 10th with an 8k time of 28:02.58...ran his best 8k time of the season (27:43.64) at the University of Evansville Invitational. INDOOR TRACK: Finished 20th at the GLVC Championships in the 3,000 meters, posting a season-best time of 9:26.56...posted a season-best 5,000-meter time of 16:28.00 at the McDonald's Invitational and a season-best mile time of 5:05.04. OUTDOOR TRACK: Finished ninth at the GLVC Championships in the 10,000 meters, posting a season-best time of 34:04.52...posted a season-best 5,000-meter time of 15:57.18 at the SIU Spring Classic and a season-best 3,000-meter time of 9:15.80 at the Vanderbilt Invitational...also competed in the 1,500 meters, posting a season-best time of 4:29.86 at the Gatorade Classic.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Avon High School where he was a member of the 2003 sectional championships squad that qualified for semi-state...has personal-bests of 16:33 in the 5k and 10:004 in the 3,200 meters as well as 4:46 in the 1,600 meters and 2:17 in the 800 meters.
