OVERALL
Finished his career as a five-time All-American, earning one award in cross country, two in indoor track & field, and two in outdoor track & field...owns the top three times in school history in the steeplechase...earned a total of eight All-GLVC honors and eight All-Midwest Region accolades...was the 2012 GLVC Cross Country Runner of the Year and the 2013 Midwest Region Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year...won a combined six GLVC titles and was named the GLVC Runner/Track Athlete of the Week a school-record 10 times.

2012-13
COMBINED: Earned a combined three All-America honors during his senior season, two in indoor and one in outdoor track...earned four All-GLVC awards and won three GLVC titles...was the GLVC Runner of the Year after winning the individual title...earned a combined five All-Midwest Region awards and was the USTFCCCA Midwest Region Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year...was the Old National Bank/USI Male Student Athlete of the Year...earned five GLVC Runner/Track Athlete of the Week awards. CROSS COUNTRY: Named the GLVC Runner of the Year after winning the GLVC individual title and earning All-GLVC accolades...also earned All-Midwest Region honors after finishing second at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...was USI's top runner in all five meets he competed in...was 71st at the NCAA II National Championships...won the Little State competition of the Indiana Intercollegiate, finishing seventh overall...was named the GLVC Runner of the Week following his effort at the Indiana Intercollegiate. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned All-America honors in both the 3,000 and 5,000 meters...became the first runner in the program's history to earn a pair of All-America awards in the same indoor season...finished fourth in the 5,000 meters and seventh in the 3,000 meters at the NCAA II Championships...also earned All-Midwest Region honors in both the 3,000 and 5,000 meters...earned first-team All-GLVC accolades in the 3,000 meters and second-team All-GLVC honors in the distance medley relay...won the GLVC title in the 3,000 meters and helped USI's DMR squad to a second-place showing at the league meet...was named the GLVC Track Athlete of the Week following his effort in the 3,000 meters at the Gladstein Invitational. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned All-America honors in the 3,000-meter steeplechase after finishing third in the event at the NCAA II Championships...also earned All-Midwest Region honors in both the steeplechase and 1,500 meters...was the USTFCCCA Midwest Region Track Athlete of the Year...grabbed first-team All-GLVC accolades in the steeplechase after winning the event at the GLVC Championships...won the Olympic Development race in the steeplechase at the Mt. SAC Relays and posted an USA Track & Field Championships "B" qualifying time in the steeplechase at the Payton Jordan Invitational...broke his own school-record in the steeplechase twice...posted an NCAA II provisional qualifying time in the 1,500 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational...also competed in the 800 meters during the season...earned GLVC Track Athlete of the Week honors three times for his efforts in the steeplechase at the Washington Invitational, the Mt. SAC Relays, and the Payton Jordan Invitational.

2011-12
CROSS COUNTRY: Had a break-out year as a junior, earning All-America honors after finishing 21st at the NCAA II National Championships...was USI's top competitor in all but one of the meets he competed in...earned All-Midwest Region honors after placing third at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...also earned All-GLVC and Academic All-GLVC accolades after finishing second at the GLVC Championships...won the Little State competition of the Indiana Intercollegiate and was twice named the GLVC Runner of the Week during the regular season...moved into fifth on USI's all-time 8k list with his performance at the Greater Louisville Classic. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters, finishing sixth in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...also helped USI's distance medley relay team to a second-place finish at the league meet...posted an NCAA II provisional qualifying time in the 5,000 meters at the GVSU Big Meet. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned All-America honors after finishing sixth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA II Outdoor Championships...also earned All-Midwest Region honors in the steeplechase as well as Academic All-GLVC honors for the second straight year...started the year with a bang when he broke USI and GLVC Hall of Fame member Elly Rono's school-record in the meter steeplechase at the Washington Invitational...his record time of 8:55.16 was an NCAA II automatic qualifying mark...missed out on the GLVC Championships after having emergency appendectomy surgery following the Mt. SAC Relays...returned three weeks later to post his third sub-nine minute steeplechase time of the year at the Cardinal Twilight...posted an NCAA II provisional qualifying time in the 5,000 meters...named the GLVC Track Athlete of the Week following his effort at the Mt. SAC Relays...also competed in the 1,500 meters during the regular season.

2010-11
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors during his sophomore season after finishing 26th at the GLVC Championships...competed in five meets, running top seven for the Eagles in each event...finished 76th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...had one top-10 finish in 2010 as he placed seventh at the Fast Cats Classic. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned first-team All-GLVC honors after helping the Eagles' distance medley relay team to a first-place finish at the GLVC Championships...finished seventh in the mile and 22nd in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...finished first in the mile at the Hoosier Invitational. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned USTFCCCA All-Midwest Region honors after finishing the year ranked fifth in the Midwest Region in the 3,000-meter steeplechase...earned first-team All-GLVC honors after winning the steeplechase with a season-best and NCAA II provisional qualifying time of 9:07.98...missed out on a trip to the NCAA II Outdoor Championships in the steeplechase by just over two seconds...won the steeplechase at the Vanderbilt Invitational...also was 18th in the 1,500 meters at the GLVC Championships...competed in the 5,000 meters as well...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

2009-10
CROSS COUNTRY:
Was consistently among the top freshmen in the GLVC during his first season at USI, getting edged out by teammate Michael Callison for GLVC Freshman of the Year honors by less than four seconds...finished 18th at the GLVC Championships, 57th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships, and 158th at the NCAA II National Championships...posted a season-best 10k time of 35:17.80 at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...ran a season-best 8k time of 25:17.70 at the GLVC-MIAA Challenge...ran top seven for USI in five meets, including number two at the GLVC-MIAA Challenge. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished 18th in the 800 meters and 22nd in the mile at the GLVC Championships...also competed in the 3,000 meters as well as the distance medley relay. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Flourished in the 3,000-meter steeplechase where he captured a GLVC championship and finished 12th in the finals of the NCAA II Championships...earned first-team All-GLVC honors with his first-place finish in the steeplechase and his seventh-place effort in the 1,500 meters at the GLVC Championships...set a freshman record and was just 2.21 seconds off a school record in the steeplechase with his season-best time of 9:00.21 at the Louisville Cardinal Twilight...qualified for the finals in the steeplechase at the NCAA II Championships by running the prelims in 9:08.45...won a total of three races, including the steeplechase at the Washington Invitational and the 1,500 meters at the Rose-Hulman Twilight...also competed in the 800 meters.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Pike High School (Indianapolis) where he earned varsity letters in cross country and track...helped lead PHS to sectional and regional titles by placing first in both meets...earned All-State honors after finishing 17th at the IHSAA State Cross Country Championships as a senior in 2008...was 37th at the IHSAA State Championships as a junior in 2007.
