CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in five meets for the Eagles during his senior season, running top five in one meet...was 17th at the GLVC Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned All-Midwest Region honors as well as first-team All-GLVC honors in the 3,000-meters steeplechase after winning the event at the GLVC Outdoor Championships...posted three NCAA II provisional qualifying times in the steeplechase before finishing 14th in the event at the NCAA II Outdoor Championships...also competed in the hammer throw, 1,500 meters, 5,000 meters, and the 4x400-meter relay...was ninth in the hammer throw and the 4x400-meter relay at the GLVC Championships...also was 10th in the 1,500 meters at the league meet...set a school record in his only attempt in the hammer throw.

2012-13
CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished sixth in the mile at the GLVC Championships...also helped USI's distance medley relay team to a 2nd-place finish and its 4x400-meter relay team to a 10th-place showing at the conference meet...also competed in the 3,000 meters and the 5,000 meters during the indoor season. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete.

2011-12
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-Midwest Region honors after finishing 25th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...was amongst USI's top six finishers in five meets and was one of USI's top five finishers in four races...finished 80th at the NCAA II Championships. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six events, primarily in the 800 and mile...finished eighth in the mile at the GLVC Championships and was ninth in the 800 meters at the league meet...helped USI's distance medley relay team to a second-place finish and its 4x400-meter relay team to a 10th-place showing at the GLVC Championships...was USI's top competitor in the 800 meters. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned first-team All-GLVC honors after winning the 3,000-meter steeplechase and finishing fifth in the 1,500 meters at the GLVC Championships...earned All-Midwest Region accolades for the second straight season in the steeplechase after posting a season-best time of 9:01.99 at the Bellarmine Classic...finished 12th in the finals of the steeplechase at the NCAA II Outdoor Championships...finished first in the steeplechase at the Bellarmine Classic...posted three NCAA II provisional times in the steeplechase...also competed in the 800 meters, the 1,500 meters, and the 4x400-meter relay team.

2010-11
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran top five for the Eagles in all of USI's six meets during his sophomore campaign...finished 16th at the GLVC Championships and was 21st at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...also finished 83rd at the NCAA II National Championships...had a top finish of fifth at the Fast Cats Classic. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned first-team All-GLVC honors after finishing first in the mile and helping USI's distance medley relay team to a first-place finish at the GLVC Championships...also competed in the 800 meters, the 3,000 meters, and ran a leg on USI's 4x400-meter relay team during the indoor season. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned All-Midwest Region honors in the 3,000-meter steeplechase after posting a season-best time Louisville Cardinal Twilight...finished 17th in the steeplechase at the NCAA II Championships and was fifth in the steeplechase at the GLVC Championships...won the steeplechase at the Billy Smith Open and was first in the 5,000 meters at the Pacesetter Invitational...finished sixth in the 1,500 meters and helped USI's 4x400-meter relay team to a sixth-place showing at the GLVC Championships.

2009-10
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned GLVC Freshman of the Year honors after finishing 16th at the GLVC Championships with a...finished in USI's top five twice and ran top seven for USI five times...finished 129th at the NCAA II National Championships with a season-best 10k time of 34:21.10...finished 97th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...posted a season-best 8k time of 25:32.70 at the GLVC-MIAA Challenge. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished 13th in the mile and 36th in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...also competed on USI's distance medley relay team...was USI's top competitor in the mile with a season-best time of 4:20.57 at the GVSU Big Meet. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Posted a pair of NCAA II provisional qualifying times in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, including a season-best time of 9:08.45 at the Louisville Cardinal Twilight...finished fourth in the steeplechase and sixth in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...recorded first collegiate victory in the 5,000 meters at the Rose-Hulman Twilight, running a season-best time of 15:05.96.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from North Davies High School (Elnora, Indiana) where he was a four-time All-State performer...set four school records and won three sectional and two regional championships on the cross country course...finished 32nd at the IHSAA State Cross Country Championships as a senior in 2008.
