OVERALL: Earned CoSIDA Academic All-District IV honors for his efforts in cross country and track & field. CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-GLVC and Academic All-GLVC honors after finishing 12th at the GLVC Championships...was 35th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships and 98th at the NCAA II National Championships...ran in USI's top five in each of USI's seven meets. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned second-team All-GLVC honors after finishing second in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Indoor Championships...posted a pair of NCAA II provisional times in the 5,000 meters...also competed in the mile and the 3,000 meters...won the 3,000 meters at the UIndy Challenge. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned second-team All-America honors in the 10,000 meters after finishing ninth in the event at the NCAA II Outdoor Championships...also earned All-Midwest Region honors in the 10,000 meters after posting an NCAA II provisional time at the Mt. SAC Relays...also posted a pair of provisional qualifying times in the 5,000 meters...finished third in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Outdoor Championships...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

2014-15
CROSS COUNTRY: Red-shirted. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Participated in the 3,000 meters as well as the 5,000 meters during the indoor season, finishing 16th in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned first-team All-America honors in the 10,000 meters after finishing sixth in the event at the NCAA II Championships...also earned All-Midwest Region accolades in the 10,000 meters...finished seventh in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...also competed in the 1,500 meters during the regular-season...earned Academic All-GLVC honors for track & field.

2013-14
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-GLVC and All-Midwest Region honors as a sophomore after finishing sixth at the GLVC Championships and 17th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...also earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the second straight season...finished 51st at the NCAA II National Championships and just 13.2 seconds shy of All-America honors...was USI's No. 3 finisher in final four meets he competed in. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished ninth in the 5,000 meters at the NCAA II Indoor Championships, missing out on eighth place and All-America honors by just 0.17 seconds...earned All-Midwest Region honors in the 5,000 meters...was the GLVC Freshman of the Year after finishing fourth in both the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters at the league meet...also competed in the mile during the indoor season. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete due to injury...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

2012-13
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors after competing in three meets as a freshman...was one of USI's top competitors early in the year before injury ended his season prematurely. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from North Harrison High School in Ramsey, Indiana, where he earned eight varsity letters in cross country and track...finished 76th at the IHSAA Cross Country Championships as a senior in 2011 and helped NHHS's 4x800-meter relay team to a 12th-place finish at the 2012 IHSAA Track and Field Championships.

His twin brother Johnnie also competes for the Screaming Eagles.
