INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished 15th in the shot put and 23rd weight throw at the GLVC Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Participated in three events at the GLVC Championships...was 16th in the shot put, 22nd in the hammer throw, and 25th in the discus at the GLVC Championships.

Graduated from Scecina Memorial High School in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he earned varsity letters in baseball, football, track & field, and wrestling...was a regional qualifier as well as the city and conference champion in the discus...had a personal-best throw in the discus of 144 feet and in the shot put of 49'09.00"...was second in the city in the shot put...earned All-Conference honors in football.
