CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-GLVC honors after finishing fifth at the GLVC Championships...was 32nd at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships and 92nd at the NCAA II National Championships...ran in USI's top five in five meets and was top seven in all six meets...finished second at the Fast Cats Classic. INDOOR TRACK: Did not compete. OUTDOOR TRACK: Did not compete.

2009-10
CROSS COUNTRY: Missed out on All-America honors by less than seven seconds with his 44th-place finish at the NCAA II National Championships and season-best 10k time of 32:41.20...earned All-Midwest Region honors with a 13th-place finish at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...also earned All-GLVC accolades with an eighth-place finish at the GLVC Championships...ran top three for USI in six meets...was USI's top finisher at the GLVC-MIAA Challenge with his fifth-place effort and season-best 8k time of 24:43.10. INDOOR TRACK: Finished fourth in the 5,000 meters and eighth in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...just missed a provisional mark in the 5,000 meters with his season-best effort of 14:50.61 at the GVSU Big Meet...also competed in the mile. OUTDOOR TRACK: Earned first-team All-GLVC honors after finishing first in the 10,000 meters and eighth in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...recorded an NCAA II provisional qualifying time of 30:45.18 in the 10,000 meters at the Dr. Keeler Invitational...also had a provisional mark in the 10,000 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays...had a season-best 5,000-meter time of 14:48.88 at the Hillsdale "Gina" Relays.

2008-09
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-GLVC honors after finishing ninth at the GLVC Championships...finished 29th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships and 171st at the NCAA II Championships...ran top seven for USI in all seven meets and was USI's top finisher at the Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic. INDOOR TRACK: Did not compete. OUTDOOR TRACK: Competed in the 5,000 meters four times, finishing 12th in the event at the GLVC Championships.

2007-08
CROSS COUNTRY: Was one of USI's top seven runners in five meets and one of USI's top five runners in two meets...finished 22nd at the GLVC Championships with an 8k time of 26:15.20...was 52nd at the NCAA II Great Lakes Region Championships with a 10k time of 33:23.33...finished 100th at the NCAA II Championships with a season-best 10k time of 32:56.50...had a top 8k time of 26:09.52 at the Greater Louisville Classic and a top finish of 14th at the Millikin Fast Times Challenge. INDOOR TRACK: Competed in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters...posted a top 3,000-meter time of 9:15.44 at the DePauw Invitational and a top 5,000-meter time of 16:23.85 at the DePauw Classic. OUTDOOR TRACK: Did not compete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Pike Central High School in Petersburg, Indiana, where he earned nine varsity letters in cross country, track, and swimming...set school records in the 5k as a freshman and senior...also set a school-record in the 3,200 meters...was a two-time All-Conference performer in both cross country and track...won the sectional championship in the 3,200 meters as a sophomore in 2005...finished 22nd in the 3,200 meters at the IHSAA Championships as a senior in 2007...also was a semi-state qualifier in cross country during his senior season in 2006...has personal-bests of 27:22 in the 8k; 16:20 in the 5k; 9:39 in the 3,200 meters; 4:34 in the 1,600 meters; and 2:04 in the 800 meters.
