2024 CROSS COUNTRY

2024-25 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD
• Appeared in five meets, competing in the mile, 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters.
• Finished 10th in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships.
2025 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD
• Competed in six meets and four events during the outdoor campaign, including the 1,500 meters, 3,000-meter steeplechase, 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters.
• Finished ninth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the OVC Championships.
• Ranked fourth in the OVC in the 10,000 meters with a career-best time of 31:50.65 at the WashU Distance Carnival.

• Earned a personal-best of 24.42.76 on the biggest stage at the OVC Championship ranking 19th in the all-time record book.
• Placed 23rd in OVC Championship.

• Placed 12th at the OVC Outdoor Championship in the 10,000 meter finishing at 32:30.30.

• Earned a personal-best time of 24:50.30 at the Louisville Classic.
• Finished 29th at the OVC Championship.

• Ran a personal-best time of 8:28.95 for a ninth-place finish in the 3,000 meters at the PNC Bellarmine Classic.
• Finished 10th in the 5,000 meters and 16th in the 3,000 meters at the OVC Championships.
• Posted a personal-best mile time of 4:21.80 at the Bellarmine Open.
• Had a personal-best 5,000-meter time of 14:50.53 at the GVSU Big Meet.

• Posted a season-best finish of second place at teh Stegemoller Classic.
• Competed in four meetings, finishing 34th at the GLVC Championships.
2021-22 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD
• Competed in the mile, 3,000 meters, and 5,000 meters in four meets.
• Had an indoor season-best finish in the 3,000 meters in the EIU Friday Night Special.
• Finished 16th in the 5,000 meters in the GLVC Indoor Championships.
2022 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD
• Ran in five meets in the 1,500 meters, 3,000-meter steeplechase, and 5,000 meters.
• Finished 11th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in the GLVC Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL
• Graduated from Southridge High School in Huntingburg, Indiana, where he earned letters in basketball, cross country and track & field.
• Was a two-time IATCCC Class 2A All-State honoree on the cross country course as well as a three-time All-PAC honoree.
• Set the school record in the 5,000 meters (15:50).
• Was an All-Conference honoree in the 1,600 and 3,200 meters, while also setting school records in the 1,600 meters (4:24), the 3,200 meters (9:44) and the 4x800-meter relay (8:26).
• Was an IHSAA Sportsmanship Award winner.
