2025 CROSS COUNTRY
• Earned first-team All-OVC honors after finishing sixth at the OVC Championships.
• Was USI's top finisher at the NCAA Division I Great Lakes Region Championships after placing 58th overall.
• Appeared in six meets, running in USI's top two in each race.
• Had a top finish of third at the Stegemoller Twilight.
2025-26 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD
• Raced in the mile, the 3,000 meters and the 5,000 meters throughout five meets.
• Finished fifth in the 5,000 meters and 13th in the 3,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships.
• Ranked fourth in the OVC in the 5,000 meters and fifth in the 3,000 meters during the regular season. 
2026 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD
• Earned a podium finish with a second-place finish in the 10,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships.
• Ran the OVC's fastest 10,000-meter time of the season at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
• Ranked No. 5 in the OVC in the 5,000 meters during the regular season.
• Toed the starting line in the 1,500 meters, 5,000 meters and the 10,000 meters throughout five meets.

TRANSFER
• Transfers to USI from the University of Saint Mary (Leavenworth, Kansas).
• Was a three-time NAIA All-American and combined six-time national qualifier.
• Helped Saint Mary to a second-place finish at the 2023 NAIA Cross Country Championships.
• Placed sixth in the 10,000 meters at the 2024 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
• Finished 19th at the 2023 NAIA Cross Country Championships.
• Won the 2024 Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference individual cross country title.
• Captured KCAC titles in the outdoor 5,000 meters in 2024 and 2025, the 10,000 meters in 2023, and the indoor 5,000 meters in 2025.

HIGH SCHOOL
• Graduated from Union High School in Union, Missouri.
• Earned All-State honors after helping UHS to an eighth-place finish in the 4x800-meter relay at the 2021 MSHSAA Class 4A Track & Field Championships.
