2024 CROSS COUNTRY
• Was voted the OVC Runner of the Year after being named OVC Runner of the Week three times during the regular season.
• Rallied down the stretch to win the OVC individual title, earning OVC Runner of the Championship and first-team All-OVC honors in the process.
• His win helped give USI a one-point victory over Eastern Illinois in the team standings as the Eagles won their first OVC team title.
• Ran as USI's top runner in four of the five meets he competed in.
• Was first at the UT Martin OVC Preview and second at the Angel Mounds Invitational.
• His personal-best 8k time of 24:10.30 at the OVC Championships boosted him to No. 7 all-time at USI at that distance.
• He previously had a personal-best 8k time of 24:10.50 at the Angel Mounds Invitational just two weeks before the OVC Championships.
• Earned Academic All-District honors.

2024-25 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD
• Competed in five meets and three events during the indoor season, including the mile, 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters.
• Finished 12th in both the 3,000 and 5,000 meters at the OVC Championships.
• Ranked third in the OVC with his personal-best 3,000-meter time of 8:15.84 at the Lenny Lyles Invite.
• Ranked seventh in the OVC with his season-best 5,000-meter time of 14:45.16 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
• Had a season-best finish of fourth in the 3,000 meters at the Bellarmine Open.
• Earned Academic All-District honors.
• Named to OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2025 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD
• Earned a podium finish in the 1,500 meters with his second-place performance at the OVC Championships.
• Came back to finish 18th in the 5,000 meters at the league meet after running the finals of the 1,500 meters earlier in the day.
• Appeared in six meets, posting finishes in the 1,500 meters, 5,000 meters and the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
• Posted a personal-best 1,500 meter time of 3:50.57 at the OVC Championships.
• His 1,500 meter time ranks 10th all-time at USI.
• Was second in the 1,500 meters at the EIU Big Blue Classic.
• Earned Academic All-District honors.
• Named to OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.

• Competed in all five meets, earning second-team All-OVC honors.
• Finished 13th at the OVC Championships with a personal-best 8k time of 24:20.80, entering the USI record books at 12th for that distance.
• Finished sixth at the Stegemoller Classic.

• Competed in the 1,500 meters and the 5,000 meters, leading the team in both events.
• Finished an impressive second place 1,500-meter race at the Jim Vargo Invitational with a personal best of 3:53.86.
• Placed sixth in the 1,500 meters at the OVC Championships.
• Finished 22nd in the 5,000 meters at the Bryan Clay Inviational with a season-best time of 14:37.80.
• Named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
• Earned OVC Academic Medal of Honor.

• Earned a top-20 finish at the OVC Championships.

• Ran to top-10 finishes in the mile, 4x400-meter relay, and the distance medley relay at the OVC Championships.
• Earned a second-place finish in the 800 meters at the ISU Open following a personal-best performance.

2021 CROSS COUNTRY
• Won the Stegemoller Classic with a time of 19:25.30.
• Competed in four meets, finishing 38th in the GLVC Championships...named Academic All-GLVC.
2021-22 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD
• Competed in the mile, 3,000 meters, 5,000 meters between four meets.
• Finished 16th in the GLVC Indoor Championships in the 3,000 meters.
2022 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD
• Earned Academic All-GLVC.
• Placed in the 1,500 meters and 5,000 meters in six meets, including a finish of 10th in the 1,500 meters at the GLVC Outdoor Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL
• Graduated from Daviess County High School in Owensboro, Kentucky, where he was a four-time KHSAA 3A state qualifier on the cross country course.
• Finished ninth at the 2020 KHSAA 3A Cross Country Championships after finishing fifth as a junior in 2019.
• Finished second in the 800 meters at the 2021 KHSAA 3A Track & Field Championships.
• Helped DCHS to an eighth-place finish in the 4x800-meter relay at the state meet in 2021.
• Named the Owensboro Times Boy's Runner of the Year in 2020.
