CROSS COUNTRY: Ran top-seven for the Eagles in two of the four meets he participated in...finished 35th at the GLVC Championships. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished 12th in the mile at the GLVC Championships...also competed in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters during the indoor season. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran the 1,500 meters, 5,000 meters, and 10,000 meters during the outdoor season...was six in the 10,000 meters at the GLVC Championships.

2012-13
CROSS COUNTRY: Appeared in three meets as a junior, running top seven for the Eagles at the Fast Cats Classic...finished in a tie for 80th at the GLVC Championships. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in the mile, the 3,000 meters, the 5,000 meters, and the distance medley relay during the indoor season...finished eighth in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Placed fourth in the 10,000 meters and fifth in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships.

2011-12
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors after competing in three meets and finishing 48th at the GLVC Championships. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Participated in three meets, making appearances in the 3,000 meters and the 5,000 meters...did not compete at the GLVC Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned second-team All-GLVC honors after finishing third in the 10,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...also competed in the 3,000 meters and the 5,000 meters as a sophomore...earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the second straight year.

2010-11
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors after participating in four meets and finishing 59th at the GLVC Championships. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in the 5,000 meters where he finished 35th at the GLVC Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished 10th in the 10,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...also competed in the 1,500 meters and the 5,000 meters during the outdoor season...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Carlinville High School where he earned eight varsity letters in cross country and track...was the Alton Telegraph Runner of the Year in 2008 and 2009...also was the Springfield Journal Register Runner of the Year in 2009...finished ninth at the IHSA Class 1A State Cross Country Championships as a senior in 2009, helping CHS to a third-place finish at the state meet...helped lead CHS to a second-place finish at the IHSA Class 1A State Track & Field Championships as a sophomore in 2008...was a member of four conference championship teams and two sectional squads in cross country...member of the National Honor Society and the Honor Roll at CHS...earned the Citizenship Award in 2008 and participated in Model U.N. during his prep career.
