2024 
• Led the Eagles in kills with 307, eclipsing the 300 mark for the first time in her career.
• Averaged a team leading 3.18 points per set and 2.82 kills per set as one of the primary targets for the Eagles.
• Tied her career high of 19 kills against Eastern Illinois.
• Mounted an eight-game double-digit kill streak in the thick of the OVC schedule.
• Averaged 10.23 kills per match and 10.5 kills per match in conference play.
• Ranked third on the squad with 40 total blocks.
• Garnered CSC Academic All-District.
• Named to OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll. 

Transfer
• Joined USI from Purdue University Fort Wayne where she made the Horizon League All-Freshman Team.
• She played in 29 matches during her freshman year for a total of 102 sets and finished with 277 kills with 2.72 kills per set for the Mastodons.

High School
• During her days as a Mt. Carmel High School Golden Ace, Willis garnered IVCA All-State Honorable Mention, AVCA All-Region, All-Little Illini Conference, and News Gazette All-State in her only season at MCHS.
• Led the Aces to a conference and regional championship in 2022 while holding a perfect 4.0 GPA.
• Played club volleyball most recently with Elite Tsunami in 2023.
