Biography

2025: Appeared in 22 games for the Screaming Eagles, making one start, as a sophomore...ranked second on the team with three saves and had a 0-1 record...struck out 40 batters in 35.0 innings of work, including a season-high five versus the university of Arkansas at Little Rock in the series at the USI Baseball Field...the 40 strikeouts ranked fourth on the the Eagles. 

2024: Appeared in two games and had a 15.43 ERA in 2.1 innings of work....named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Comes to USI from Yauco, Puerto Rico, and the Puerto Rico Baseball Academy and High School...earned high honors academically. 

PERSONAL: Son of Jabes Figueroa and Lydmari Belauquev.
