Biography

2024: Appeared in 17 games, making six starts, iin his final season with USI...batted .179 with three RBIs and four runs scored...had a season-high two hits and two runs scored in the win over Bellarmine University...also posted a season-best two RBIs in the game one win over Bellarmine...finished his career with a .199 average with 18 RBIs and 27 runs scored in 100 games and 61 starts....named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll...earned OVC Academic Medal of Honor.

2023: Played in 42 games, making 27 starts as a junior...batted .196 with a home run, 12 runs, four RBIs, and a home run...had a career-high three hits and hit is his first collegiate home run at Washington State University...named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2022: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors...played in 32 games, making 27 starts in the USI infield...batted .218 with three doubles and 11 RBIs...had a season-high two hits in a game seven times and a season-high three RBIs versus Trevecca Nazarene University...posted two multi-RBI games...given the Council of President's Academic Excellence Award.

2021: Named Academic All-GLVC...appeared in nine games, mainly as a defensive replacement.

2020: Redshirted.
 
HIGH SCHOOL:  Lettered in baseball and soccer at Reitz High School (Evansville, Indiana)...earned second-team All-SIAC in baseball and the Wayne Weller Award in baseball and soccer as as senior.

PERSONAL: Son of Andy Cook and Emily Wilderman...father, Andy, was a member of the USI baseball team between 1999 and 2002.
