2019: Named Academic All-GLVC...played in nine games as a freshman, recording a pair of starts...had a .250 batting average with a double and triple...recorded his first hit in the win over Truman State University and first RBI in the win over the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

2018: Redshirted. 

HIGH SCHOOL:  Lettered in baseball, basketball, and football at Herrin High School (Herrin, Illinois)...named first-team All-State as a senior, in addition to being named All-Conference and All-South as a junior and senior...batted .518 during his final season at HHS, driving in 43 RBIs and hitting seven home runs...second all-time in IHSA history with two home runs in an inning... hit .390 as a sophomore and .380 as a junior.

PERSONAL:  Son of Jeff and Heather Hartline.
