Aaron Furman was named the USI Director of Baseball Operations in 2023. Furman will be responsible for USI Baseball's game day operations and assist with recruiting.
Furman joins the USI staff after spending the last three years in professional baseball operations and scouting. He started his professional career as a Major League Baseball video scout with Baseball Info Solutions (2020), which supplies scouting reports to all of the MLB, before becoming a minor league clubhouse manager for the Atlanta Braves (2021) and Chicago Cubs (2022).
The Saint John, Indiana, native graduated from USI with a bachelor's degree in sport management and was the student manager for USI Baseball from 2014 to 2018. He developed the USI Baseball analytics and social media presence for the Screaming Eagles during his tenure as the squad's manager.
