2012: Named Academic All-GLVC...appeared in 10 games out of the bullpen...finished his first year with a 1-1 record and a 5.82 ERA in 17.0 innings of work...struck out nine batters and the opponents to a .242 batting average...struck out a season-best two batters three times.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in baseball and basketball at Central High School (Evansville, Indiana)...was a first-team All-Metro and first-team All-Conference as a senior in baseball, while earning 2009 first-team All-Metro and second-team All-Conference honors in basketball...named 2010 Academic All-City.

SUMMER LEAGUE BASEBALL: Member of the Eugene Pate Post #265 2008 and 2009 sectional championship teams....Pate advanced to the state finals 2008.

PERSONAL: Son of Richard and Julie Ahlbrand.
