2021: Played in six matches off the bench...scored her first collegiate goal, a game-winner in the victory over Trevecca Nazarene University to open the season. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in soccer and tennis at Mt. Zion High School (Mt. Zion, Illinois)...amassed an impressive amount of awards through only two seasons of soccer, earning first-team All-Conference and All-Area in both her freshman and sophomore seasons...recorded 29 goals and eight assists while posting 28 goals and five assists as a  sophomore...was an Academic All-Conference performer as well, being named Summa Cum Laude.

CLUB SOCCER: Played club soccer for the Illinois Fire Juniors for three seasons, which includes being 2019 State Cup Semifinalists.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Dean and Lori Formmelt.
