2011: Hit .271 in 39 games despite battling a knee injury...knocked in 14 RBIs and scored 26 runs...tied USI single-game record with two triples in the game with Northern Kentucky University...tied a career-best with three hits at Lewis University,...drove in a career-high two RBIs twice.

2010: Played in 13 games for the Eagles, making eight starts...batted a two-year high of .217 with six runs scored and four RBIs...had a career-high three hits and two RBIs against Oakland City University.

2009:  Played in 22 games in his first full season with the Eagles, making 10 starts at third base...made nine important starts at third late in the season...batted .143 with six runs scored and four RBIs...also had four doubles...had a season-best two hits and two doubles in the GLVC Tournament win over Quincy University.

2008: Redshirted due to injury.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in baseball at Memorial High School (Evansville, Indiana)...had his best season as a junior when he hit .319 with 45 runs scored and 22 RBIs...member of the Memorial teams that were regional champions in 2004 and 2005 and the state finalist in 2005.

SUMMER BASEBALL: Batted .325 with four doubles and nine RBIs for the Kokomo Prospects of the Midwest Prospect Baseball League in 2007...hit .410 with 12 stolen bases for Funkhouser Legion Baseball in 2006.

PERSONAL: Born October 17, 1987...son of Harold and Lee Griggs.
