2011-12: Ranked second on the team with 20 singles victories...was 14-7 in dual matches, 4-0 at number three; 1-3 at number four; and 9-4 at number five...combined with Juan Quiroz to win the ITA/Wilson Midwest Region doubles title during the fall portion of the season and set the USI single-season record for doubles wins with 29...was 21-4 in doubles matches, going 8-3 at number one and 13-1 at number two...finished his career with 143 victories, 47 in singles and 86 in doubles. 

2010-11: Named All-GLVC and All-GLVC East Division...was 12-12 as USI number one singles player...was 10-11 at number one singles during dual match play...was 19-9 in doubles play, combining with Joseph Boesing and Juan Quiroz...was 2-0 in GLVC action with Boesing and 2-1 with Quiroz. 

2009-10: Named All-GLVC after recording a 9-13 overall singles record...was 7-12 in dual matches as USI's number one singles player...also posted a 3-1 mark in the GLVC...combined with Joseph Boesing to win the ITA Midwest Region championship and produce a 26-6 doubles record...posted a 20-4 dual match record at number one doubles with Joseph Boesing.

2008-09:  Named All-GLVC after going 6-9 in singles and 12-5 in doubles...all 15 of his decision in singles came in dual match play, going 5-8 at number one, 1-0 at number two, and 0-1 at number three...combined with Joseph Boesing and Nathan Sexton in number one doubles.

HIGH SCHOOL: Comes to USI from Colegio Rio Claro (Barquisimeto, Venezuela)...named the top Venezuelan player in the state and regional...lettered in tennis, soccer, karate, and baseball.

PERSONAL: Son of Regulo Gimenez and Nelly Velesquez.
