OVERALL: Finished her career as USI's all-time leader in career wins (74), innings pitched (796.1), and strikeouts (642)...also tied for first all-time at USI with two career no-hitters and finished fourth all-time at USI with 19 career shutouts...at the plate, Harmening ranked second all-time at USI in doubles (47), home runs (25), and tied for second in RBIs (127).

2015: Earned second-team All-Midwest Region by the NFCA as well as first-team All-GLVC as a pitcher after going 23-5 in the circle with a 1.70 ERA and 149 strikeouts...also had four saves and five shutouts in 36 appearances and 29 starts inside the circle...held opposing batters to a .230 batting average in 206.0 innings of work...was named the GLVC Pitcher of the Week after going 4-0 with a 0.75 ERA and 24 strikeouts in USI's opening-weekend at the UAH Charger Chillout...she posted wins against West Georgia, Alabama-Huntsville, North Alabama, and Ferris State to earn the honor...recorded five or more strikeouts in 17 games, including a season-best nine strikeouts in USI's game-two regular-season win over Missouri-St. Louis...at the plate, Harmening posted career highs in batting average (.362) and home runs (10)...she also had nine doubles and 44 RBIs...ranked sixth in the GLVC in RBIs...hit .333 with eight home runs and 31 RBIs in GLVC-only contests...became the fourth player in program history to hit at least 10 home runs in a single season...hit .438 (32-73) with five doubles, seven home runs, 14 runs scored, and 27 RBIs in the final 22 games of the season...had a hit in 20 of those contests...posted a season-high 14-game hitting streak during that span that saw her hit .429 (21-49) with six home runs, 23 RBIs, and 12 runs scored...finished second on the team with 17 multi-hit games, including five three-hit performances...drove in two or more runs in 13 contests, including a season-high five RBIs in USI's game-two win over Wisconsin-Parkside.

2014: Earned first-team All-GLVC East Division honors as a pitcher for her efforts during her third season in the circle…also saw time at first base and as a designated player…was third with a .326 batting average, with an on-base percentage of .364, and a slugging percentage of .532…tallied 16 runs…third in hits (46)…led the team as well as the GLVC with 17 doubles…tallied four homeruns…tallied 11 multiple-hit games and seven multiple-RBI games…had a six-game hitting streak… in the circle, led USI in ERA (2.25), wins (14), innings pitched (177.2), strikeouts (180), games finished (10), and opponent batting average (.230)…tallied a career-high three saves…had a career high 18 strikeouts in USI’s 1-0 loss to Missouri S&T.

2013: One of the top players in the GLVC, earning second-team All-Midwest Region honors by Daktronics as a utility player (pitcher) and first-team All-GLVC East Division accolades as a pitcher...at the plate, led the Eagles in batting average (.343), doubles (15), home runs (8), RBIs (46), and slugging percentage (.578)...in the circle, led USI in ERA (1.80), wins (21), innings pitched (229.0), strikeouts (169), and opponent batting average (.198)...ended the season with a career-high 13 game hitting streak and reached base safely in 16 straight games to conclude the year...struck out just 12 times in 180 plate appearances...was named the GLVC Player of the Week after going 3-0 with a 0.23 ERA inside the circle, while hitting .571 with three home runs and nine RBIs at the plate in USI's 3-1 week against McKendree and Bellarminewent 1-1 with a 1.29 ERA and 19 strikeouts in three appearances in the NCAA II Midwest Region Tournament...matched the single-season school record for innings pitched...led the GLVC in appearances (39) and innings pitched...ranked fourth in the GLVC in wins, games started (29), and batters struck out looking (50); tied for sixth in RBIs; and tied for 20th in batting average...ranked 34th in the nation in hits allowed per seven innings (5.1); 37th in victories; 47th in strikeouts; and 52nd in ERA...also ranked in the top 100 in the nation in three other statistical categories.

2012: Earned second-team All-GLVC honors as a freshman after going 16-13 with a 2.10 ERA and a .231 opponent batting average...finished the year ranked in the top 15 of eight GLVC statistical categories...was fourth in the GLVC in batters struck out looking (45), tied for seventh in wins, ninth in ERA, 10th in total strikeouts (144), tied for 10th in appearances (35), 11th in innings pitched (183.2), 11th in opponent batting average, and tied for 11th in games started (25)...tossed a no-hitter, the first for USI since 2006, in USI's 1-0, eight-inning victory over Kentucky Wesleyan on April 18...recorded a team-high six shutouts and 22 complete games...had five or more strikeouts in 18 games, with a season-high 13 coming in USI's 7-0 win over Oakland City...two of her 13 losses came in which she took a shutout into the 11th inning...gave up two or fewer runs in 22 of her 35 appearances...helped herself at the plate by hitting .250 with six doubles, three home runs, and 10 RBIs...had six multi-hit games, with a season-best three hits coming in USI's 6-4 win over Lewis in March...drove in a season-high two runs twice and had a season-long three-game hitting streak two times.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Whiteland High School where she earned varsity letters in softball and volleyball...was a member of two Mid-State Conference championship teams...was a multiple-time All-Conference and All-Metro South performer and earned All-County honors as a junior in 2010...led her team in batting average...hit .442 with five home runs in 2010 and had a .404 batting average with a home run and 20 RBIs as a senior in 2011...posted a 16-13 record with a 1.27 ERA and 224 strikeouts in 2011 after going 19-5 with 169 strikeouts in 2010...was 15-4 with 142 strikeouts in 2009 and 11-3 with 119 strikeouts in 2008.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Bill and Tina Harmening...brother Brad competed for the Marian University track and field team.
