CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in three meets during his sophomore year...finished third in the Little State competition and 21st overall at the Indiana Intercollegiate...was 76th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...did not compete at the GLVC Championships or the NCAA II National Championships. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete.
2011-12
CROSS COUNTRY: Participated in three meets as a freshman, finishing 23rd at the GLVC Championships. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in the 3,000 meters and the 5,000 meters...finished sixth in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned second-team All-GLVC honors after finishing second in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...set USI's freshman record in the 5,000 meters with his time of 14:43.43 at the Cardinal Twilight...also competed in the 1,500 meters and the 3,000 meters during the regular season.
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Lawrence North High School where he earned varsity letters in cross country and track...helped lead LNHS to a third-place finish at the 2010 IHSAA State Cross Country Championships by finishing 30th...earned All-County and All-Sectional honors as well as All-Region and All-Semi-State accolades as a sennior...was an All-County selection in track...helped LNHS's 4x800-meter relay team to a seventh-place finish at the 2011 IHSAA State Championships.
