LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – University of Southern Indiana Men's Basketball concluded the 2025-26 regular season with an 89-70 loss at Little Rock Saturday in Little Rock, Arkansas. USI ends the season with a 7-23 overall record and 4-16 in the OVC, while Little Rock goes to 12-19, 9-11 OVC.
USI used a strong rebounding effort through the first 10 minutes before Little Rock exploded on a 31-14 run to lead at halftime, 51-31. The Screaming Eagles struggled through the final 10 minutes of the half, shooting 22.7 percent (5-22) to end the half.
In the second half, USI outscored Little Rock 39-38, but could not make headway in shrinking the deficit. The closest the Screaming Eagles would come in the second half was 19 points (51-32 and 89-70).
Individually, USI junior guard/forward
Amaree Brown led the Screaming Eagles with 16 points. USI senior forward
Ola Ajiboye, junior forward
Tolu Samuels, and junior guard
Sheridan Sharp followed with 11 points each.
