INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- University of Southern Indiana Men's Tennis (1-6) stumbled in its 7-0 loss to Power-Five school, Butler University (4-11), at the Butler Bubble Saturday afternoon.

Quinten Gillespie (Whiteland, Indiana)/freshman
Eytan Michaeli (Beer Sheva, Israel) were closing in on a win, going up 5-2 before the Bulldogs took the point.
SINGLES: USI faltered in all six matchups to Butler. Sophomore
Mathys Bove (Lyon, France) was close but fell in his duel at number two (6-3, 7-5) before Gillespie came up just short at number five (6-4, 7-5).
NEXT UP FOR THE EAGLES
The Eagles return to the tri-state area tomorrow morning with a battle against Northern Kentucky University in a non-conference showdown. Both sides are in the Horizon League but in different divisions.
