EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Due to inclement weather in the vicinity of Evansville, Indiana and the campus of the University of Southern Indiana, Monday afternoon's match between University of Southern Indiana Women's Soccer and Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis was abandoned at halftime and declared a no-contest.
The match between USI and IUPUI will not be rescheduled or made up. Before the inclement weather intervened, the match was 0-0 through the first half with three combined shots.
The Screaming Eagles will now prepare for their upcoming road trip this weekend at Chicago State on Friday at 6 p.m. and at Purdue University Fort Wayne on Sunday at 12 p.m. USI Women's Soccer will return home to Strassweg Field on September 22.
