EVANSVILLE, Ind. - The University of Southern Indiana women's tennis team fell to Great Lakes Valley Conference foe Lewis University, 5-2, on Friday afternoon. The Screaming Eagles move to 4-14 (1-3 GLVC) with two matches remaining.
Freshmen
Kylie Skepnek (Algonquin, Illinois) and
Shelby Braselton (Haubstadt, Indiana) collected points for USI in No. 5 and No. 6 Singles play. Both won their first set in tie-breakers before winning their second sets 6-1.
USI Women's Tennis hosts the University of Indianapolis tomorrow for its fifth, and final, GLVC match of the year. Competition begins at 11 a.m.
