Nevins, who finishes the regular season with a team-high six goals, scored his first tally off a pass from freshman forward Zach Barton, before making the score, 2-0, off of break-away passes from Poulsen and Rickey.

Nevins completed his hat trick by capping off three-straight headers with Barton and sophomore midfielder Eli Quivey after an Eagles corner kick.

Barton took his turn at scoring for the Eagles' fourth and fifth goals of the match. The freshman posted his first goal at 24:35 to give USI its 4-0 lead at the intermission off a pass from Jonathan Faas, while making it 5-0 at 50:31 of the second half after intercepting a Miner defensive touch.
