EVANSVILLE, Ind.--- The University of Southern Indiana Women's Tennis picked up 39 victories out of 40 possible matches at the USI Invitational on Oct. 11-12.

Senior Lauren Hambrock led the Eagles with six total decisions after going perfect in the singles 3-0 and doubles 3-0 respectively. Teammate, Sophomore Shelby Braselton completed the tournament 6-0 overall to match Hambrock's outing.

Junior Lauryn Thompson also had an impressive showing by recording a 2-0 singles and 3-0 doubles record for the invitational. Freshman Jasmine Shireman and Sophomore Lindsey McCord followed suit with a 5-0 total record for tournament both identical to Thompson's mark.  

In 38 out of the 39 total victories, USI only needed the minimum number of sets to put their opponents away.
