Haley Rheinlander (Evansville, Indiana) scored second half goals as the University of Southern Indiana women's soccer team earned a 2-0 Great Lakes Valley Conference victory over host Drury University Friday evening.
After playing to a scoreless tie in the opening period, USI grabbed a 1-0 lead when Scales scored in the 64th minute off a deflection in the box.
USI (8-6, 5-6 GLVC), which snapped a two-game losing streak, padded its lead in the 84th minute as Rheinlander scored from five yards out to give the Screaming Eagles a commanding 2-0 lead. Senior defender/forward

Loryn Willis (Cynthiana, Indiana) were credited with assists on the goal.

Courtney Lofland (Indianapolis, Indiana) earned her first complete-game shutout of the year after stopping a pair of shots on goal.
For the game, Drury (4-8-1, 2-8-1 GLVC) held a 15-13 advantage in shots, but USI had a 5-2 advantage in shots on goal.
The Eagles return to action Sunday at noon when they visit Missouri University of Science & Technology in Rolla, Missouri.
