EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The University of Southern Indiana men's soccer team returns to Strassweg Field for the final home weekend and Senior Day festivities. The weekend begins when the Screaming Eagles host Truman State University on Friday at 7:30 pm. USI wraps up the weekend with a Senior Day contest against Quincy University on Sunday at 2:30 pm.

The Eagles hit the road last weekend and found success on a 1-0-1 trip north. USI topped Lewis University 1-0 in the first contest of the weekend before battling the University of Wisconsin-Parkside to a 1-1 double-overtime draw on Sunday.
  
USI takes on the Truman State Bulldogs on Friday at Strassweg Field. The Bulldogs enter the weekend with a 6-7 overall mark and a 5-5 record in the GLVC.
 
Following the Friday showdown with Truman State, the Eagles host the Quincy Hawks on Senior Day. USI's six seniors will take the field for the final time at home in the contest against Quincy. The Hawks currently sit 8-3-1 overall and 6-2-1 in the conference.

Week 7 Notes: 
 
Offensive leaders: Senior Josh Weinzapfel and freshman Kasper Bjoro lead the Eagles in goals with four. A pair of underclassmen in sophomore Pedro Castro and Erick Hasselkus, as well as junior Braiden Acton, all sit with two goals for the Eagles on the season.
 
Senior Leadership: The Eagles' six seniors that will be acknowledged Sunday have amassed 218 starts, 13 goals, 16 assists, 1,806 minutes in goal, and 77 saves.

Santoro begins his seventh year. USI Head Coach Mat Santoro has a 47-56-11 overall record at USI.
