INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.—Sophomore
Crystal Blair (Bloomington, Indiana) posted a top-five finish Friday to lead the University of Southern Indiana at the Friday Night Special.
Blair tied for fifth in the pole vault with a mark of nine feet, eight inches.
As a team, the Screaming Eagles had four top-10 finishes. Freshman
Jenna Martin (Evansville, Indiana) was seventh in the 60-meter hurdles, while freshman
Kynedi Krampe (Henderson, Kentucky) was seventh in the pole vault. Senior
Vanessa Higdon (Waldron, Indiana) was ninth in the weight throw.
USI returns to action January 16-17 when it competes at the University of Kentucky Invitational in Lexington, Kentucky.
