EVANSVILLE, Ind.—The University of Southern Indiana volleyball team concludes its seven-match homestand Tuesday at 7 p.m. when it hosts Midwest Region foe Urbana University for its regular-season home finale at the Physical Activities Center.

USI (18-8, 13-3 GLVC) is looking to bounce back from a tough three-set loss to No. 20 Lewis University this past Saturday. It was just the second loss for the Screaming Eagles at the PAC this season and the first during their current homestand.

The Eagles, who fell into a tie for second in the GLVC East Division standings with their loss to the Flyers, conclude their regular season this weekend when they visit No. 13 Northern Kentucky University Friday at 6 p.m. (CDT) and Bellarmine University Saturday at 2 p.m.

USI, which is currently ranked sixth in the NCAA II Midwest Region rankings, is facing the Blue Knights of Urbana for the first time on the volleyball court.

Urbana (8-21) is coming off a three-set loss to Cedarville University this past Saturday and has lost seven of its last nine matches heading into its bout with USI Tuesday night.

The Eagles, who are still in the hunt to host the GLVC Tournament, are looking for a regular-season split with the Norse of Northern Kentucky when they take the court Friday in Highland Heights, Kentucky. Northern Kentucky (22-4, 12-4 GLVC), which is 2-2 in its last four matches, defeated the Eagles in three sets at the PAC in September.

USI is looking for the regular-season sweep when it takes the court with the Knights of Bellarmine Saturday in Louisville, Kentucky. The Eagles swept Bellarmine (12-11, 6-10 GLVC) at the PAC in September. The Knights have lost four of their last five matches.
