EVANSVILLE, Ind.—The University of Southern women's basketball team puts its three-game winning streak on the line when its hosts West Virginia Wesleyan College Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Physical Activities Center.

USI (3-3) has dominated the competition in its first three games at the PAC this season. The Screaming Eagles are 3-0 at the PAC and are posting an average margin of victory of 24.0 points per game.

Sophomore forward Jasmine Baines (Jeffersonville, Indiana) is averaging 16.0 ppg during that span, while junior guard Katie Theisenhusen (Muskego, Wisconsin) is averaging 13.7 ppg.

The Eagles have shot the ball much better during their current home stretch. After shooting 33.0 percent from the floor, including a dismal 9.4 percent from three-point range, at the Disney Division II Tip-Off Classic, the Eagles are connecting on 50.9 percent of their field goals and 30.8 percent of their three-point attempts at the PAC.

For the season, Baines leads the Eagles with 13.0 ppg, while Theisenhusen is pumping in 11.8 points per contest. Freshman forward/center Jessica Grimaldo (Carmi, Illinois) is averaging 9.0 ppg and 5.0 rebounds per outing, while freshman point guard Keisha Collins (South Holland, Illinois) is adding 7.0 points and a team-best 3.8 assists per game.

West Virginia Wesleyan (1-0) is coming off a 76-71 road victory over Seton Hill University on Tuesday. Junior guard Sarah Grab led the Lady Cats with 28 points and nine assists, while freshman forward Sarah Van Horn had 11 points, 13 rebounds, and five steals.

USI, which leads the all-time series with WVWC, 1-0, after an 80-60 victory last season at the PAC, opens GLVC play December 1 at the University of Missouri-Rolla The Eagles open their conference home schedule against the University of Wisconsin-Parkside December 8.
