EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The University of Southern Indiana men's soccer team broke a five-matching losing streak with a 2-0 shutout of Saint Joseph's College Sunday afternoon at Strassweg Field. USI junior back
Brian Shepherd (St. Louis, Missouri) provided all of the offense the Screaming Eagles would need in the first half, scoring his third and fourth goal of the year on penalty kicks. USI was twice awarded penalty kicks after Pumas fouled the Eagles in the penalty area.

USI returns to the road in the GLVC Friday when it travels to Kentucky Wesleyan College for conference match-up. Kick-off is scheduled for 3 p.m.
