ERIE, PAThe University of Southern Indiana men's soccer team concluded four straight matches on the road with a 3-0 loss at Gannon University Sunday afternoon. USI falls to 1-4-1 in the 2004 campaign, while Gannon is 3-3-0 this fall.
The Knights scored all of their goals in the first half. The first came at 10:06, while the second came at 28:16 and the third at 39:52.
The Eagles return to action September 17 to open the GLVC schedule at Strassweg Field at 5 p.m. The men's games will be the first game of the GLVC doubleheaders this season. USI was second in the GLVC regular season a year ago with an 8-2-0 mark and was third in the league post-season tournament.
