The University of Southern Indiana women's soccer team missed several good opportunities to score in regulation and it cost them, falling in overtime, 1-0, to Northern Michigan University at Strassweg Field Sunday afternoon. USI falls to 2-1-0 overall, while NMU goes to 3-1-1 in 2003.
The Wildcats scored 5:10 into the "sudden victory" overtime on a goal by senior forward Carolyn Kunas. She was assisted on the play by junior midfielder Marley Garceo.
