INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in the 3,000 meters, the 5,000 meters, and the distance medley relay...finished 12th in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships. CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-America honors for the second straight season after finishing 31st at the NCAA II National Championships...earned All-Midwest Region honors with his seventh-place finish at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships and All-GLVC accolades with his third-place effort at the GLVC Championships...also earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the third straight season after competing in all of USI's six meets...ran number two for the Eagles four times. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Was third in the 5,000 meters and sixth in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in the 5,000 meters and the 10,000 meters during the outdoor campaign...finished fourth in the 10,000 meters at the GLVC Championship and won the 5,000 meters at the Vanderbilt Invitational...named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District first team for cross country/track...earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the second straight season.

CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-America honors after finishing 39th at the NCAA II National Championships with a season-best 10k time of 32:30.80...also garnered All-Midwest Region honors with his 12th-place finish at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships and All-GLVC honors with a third-place effort at the GLVC Championships...was USI's top performer at the GLVC Championships in addition to three other meets, including the USI Pre-National Invitational...earned GLVC Runner of the Week honors for his effort in leading the Eagles to a second-place finish at the USI Pre-National Invitational...was USI's number two finisher at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships and NCAA II National Championships...had a season-best 8k time of 24:57.75 at the Greater Louisville Classic...earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the second straight season. INDOOR TRACK: Competed in the 3,000 meters and the 5,000 meters...finished 15th in the 3,000 meters and third in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships. CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-GLVC and All-Midwest Region honors after finishing fifth at the GLVC Championships and ninth at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...finished 60th at the NCAA II Championships and was USI's number two runner at both the Midwest Region and National Championship meets...ran top seven for USI in six meets...earned Academic All-GLVC honors. INDOOR TRACK: Redshirted. OUTDOOR TRACK: Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Monticello High School (Monticello, New York) where he earned 12 varsity letters in cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track...was a member of two Sullivan County Athletic Conference Championship teams...finished fourth overall, second in Class A, out of nearly 600 runners at the 2007 New York State Championships...racked up seven first-place finishes and 13 top-two finishes as a senior on the cross country course in 2007...also set four course records and was second at the AAU National Championship in 2007...won six Sullivan County titles in the 3,200 meters and the 1,600 meters during his indoor track career...also racked up three county championships in the 3,200 meters and 1,600 meters heading into his senior season for outdoor track...academically, was the president of MHS's National Honor Society during his senior year...was on the Scholastic High Honor Roll all four years of high school and participated on his high school Quiz Bowl team in the Sullivan County Interscholastic League...earned MHS's Coaches' Award for Excellence four times and was the 2006 Carl Drobysch Award winner as MHS's Top Scholar-Athlete.
