HUMBOLDT, Tenn. - University of Southern Indiana women's golf ended the fall portion of its schedule with the Don Morris Invitational with rounds of 322-317. The Screaming Eagles were led by seniors Davis and Moser; both recorded another top-10 finish on the season.
Grace Davis was the top finisher for USI, ending the tournament in fourth place (150; 78-72). Davis carded an even-par second round to push her into the top five for the third time this season (Drury t-3rd, Lewis t-1st). She also led the tournament in par-3 scoring at even-par (3.00) and total birdies with eight over the two-round endeavor.
Brooke Moser closed out the fall with a tied-for-ninth finish (160; 78-82), it being her third top-10 finish through USI's four tournaments. Moser tied for fourth most pars with 19 and added two birdies.
Kelci Katterhenry claimed her best finish of the fall, finishing in 12th (161; 77-84). Katterhenry competed as an individual for the Screaming Eagles, also ending near the top in par-3 scoring (t-2nd, 3.17) and adding five birdies to her card over the 36-hole outing.
USI finished third in the tournament with a team total of 639, +63 (322-317). The Screaming Eagles carded 86 pars with 13 birdies at the two-day tournament.
